You're right. I should remove that from the script sample. You have opened up an interesting line of analysis about coded size != displayed size.

So that is asking for the overlay. If you don't want it, omit that option or set it to False.

DGDemux is not intended to be a clone of MediaInfo. I did what was possible without needing to parse deeper than is needed for demuxing.

Are you asking for an option to not create the forced subs streams? Something like -noforcedonly? If the option is not given, the forced streams would be created as usual and 3rd-party apps are not affected. This could be possible now. You'd have to ask Sherman, but he may have his hands full for now.

Chance of supporting this is close to zero. You can use the -o path option to add a prefix of your choosing to all the demuxed files. Refer to the manual for details.
