[RESOLVED] Invalid license & user not listed

I purchased my license for DgdecNV last Dec. Recently I had replaced my faulty WiFi USB and now I got invalid license error when using DGIndexNV.

Strange enough, when I tried to generate a new key using the licensing page, I got this
User xxxxxx not found in the user list!

Can anyone know how I can solve this?

Be careful not to include an extra space when cutting and pasting your user ID.
