I haven't had cause to fire up DGAVCDI for a few months, today when I needed it I find that both machines I have it installed on are saying "Could not create DiAVCdecoder [55]" and "Invalid license".
How do I proceed?

Check that your machine ID is still the same as the one you used to make the license. If it is not, make a new license.

I have no idea what the machine ID was when I created the license, or indeed what the web address is of the license generator.

Please send me an email containing your user ID from your activation email. Also attach your license.txt file and a screenshot of the Help/About dialog box of DGAVCIndexDI.

I have no idea what my user ID might be. Would I have chosen it?

When you donated you were sent an activation email with your user ID. Didn't you keep that?
If you do not have your activation email any more and you do not know your user ID, then please send me an email containing your PayPal transaction ID, or the email address you used to make the donation. I will try to find you based on your email as registered for this forum but if they are not the same then I need your original donation email and/or the PayPal transaction ID.

I have re-sent your activation email. Please try making a new license with your current machine ID and advise me if that resolves the issue.
