Possible to keep dovi layer in video track
Surely it's possible but honestly I'm disinclined to it simply because the app is a demuxer, not a muxer. I don't have any interest in converting it into some kind of do-it-all app.

hi.. it's running.
if you're interested, i have few suggestions.. like DoVi graph plotting (done by dovi_tool.exe)
little change would be good... name HEVC streams with .hevc extension, not .265.
it's better for dovi_tool

* Tooltips on the checkbox options.
* Using extensions "avc" and "hevc" throughout.
* Generate plot with Merge DolbyVision8.1.
BTW, I prefer not to delete anything so you'll have to delete what you don't want to keep.

* Remove HDR10+ when generating merged HEVC file.
* Updated to dovi_tool 2.0.2.

i was thinking, that remove hdr10+ should be an option... not automatic... depends on user/tv he has... i need to remove HDR10+, otherwise, TV is playing HDR10+ not Dolby Vision... friends' TCL playing Dolby Vision fine even with HDR10+ included.Rocky wrote: ↑Sat Feb 11, 2023 10:23 amBuild 65 release candidate.
