Support forum for DG Tools

I have copied over some 125 recorded shows in .tsp format from my Dish Network DVR to a portable hard drive and have been able to demux/convert about a fourth of them to MPEG using VideoRedo TvSuite v4. However, the other three fourths of them won't open in VideoRedo. I have spent the last 5 days or so searching, sifting, hunting for other software and similar problems that have been solved, with little success. I'm sure the answer lies within either this site or the dishrip Yahoo group, but have spent so much time trying to go about this on my own, I just need some guidance.
I attempted a use of DGindex but the files froze the program when I tried to open them. My wife wants to be able to see all these videos so she can send back our DVR to Dish with confidence by the beginning of next week. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm currently running Windows 7, but have a second partition with Ubuntu if that makes things any easier.

I will need to see a sample of the stream that won't open. Use DGSplit to cut the first 50MB of it. Upload the result to mediafire.com and post the link here.

Be aware that some streams are scrambled.

That file has all zeros in it, so it is just literally nothing.
