DGHDRtoSDR 1.16:

* Fixed YUV to RGB equations to exactly match the spec. Fixes very small deviations from correct colors.

DGDemux/DGDemuxGUI 1.0.0.75

* Changed -ignorepl to -strictpl so that now if you want to honor the
playlist M2TS in/out times, you need to give the -strictpl option. If the
option is omitted, then the in/out times are ignored and the entire content
of the M2TS(s) is demuxed.

* Fixed deficiency in operation of -strictpl for audio.
