DGDecNV build 236:

* Added frame properties support for Avisynth+, including properties passthrough
for the bundled filters.

Slipped a small fix into 236:

* Don't set _ColorRange for MPEG2 streams. The range is not specified in MPEG2 syntax.

Re-download 236 and update DGDecodeNV.dll to get the fix.

Slipstreamed a fix into DGHDRtoSDR 1.15, so please re-dwonload and update. The PQ white level was being limited to 2000 when it should have been 4000.

* When mark_type 2 playlist mark entries are present, the number of chapters
displayed in the MPLS and Streams lists was wrong, although the correct number
of chapters was actually demuxed. Fixed.

DGDecNV build 238:

* Implemented system DPI awareness so that DGIndexNV renders well on monitors of all DPIs/sizes.
Per-monitor awareness will be implemented later.
* Cleaner look overall with white buttons and gray navigation bar now located at the top of the window.
* Window can be dragged by left clicking in the client (frame display) area.
* Added File/Minimize
* Cleaned up Help/About dialog.
* Video/Zoom and Force Zoom now support x2 zoom.
* Added Video/Center to center the client area on the monitor. For example, load a 1920x1080 video
on a 1920x1080 monitor (or UHD on a UHD monitor, etc.), select Zoom = 1, and then Video/Center.
It's like fullscreen but you can drag the window down to get the title bar again.
* Added a right-click popup menu on the client (frame display) area to give access to zoom, center, etc.,
without needing access to the windows title bar.

Another fix for 238, please re-download and install DGIndexNV.exe and finished.wav.

* Fixed a problem with the following scenario: open a disk and do save project, then do Open, delete the streams, and then do add of an MKV. Upon saving project now, there was an error message at the end and spurious files were created.

Re-download 238 for additional UTF-8 information:

* Revised the 'UTF-8 Notes.txt' file to indicate a required registry key for enabling UTF-8 in DGDecNV.
* A .reg file to add this key to the registry.

* Changed DGIndexNV so that if finished.wav is removed or renamed, no sound will be played.
Previously it would play a system beep.

Please re-download 238 and update DGIndexNV.exe for these changes:

* Show the zoom factor on a small pop-up when the CTRL button is held down. It will change
dynamically as you do CTRL-mousewheel. Ha ha, it's a tooltip without a tool. How did I do that?
* Got rid of the blank space before the STOP button on the navigation bar. This allows for a 720x480
video to be opened at zoom 1 on a UHD monitor without obscuring the last navigation button.
* Do not play sound at completion of indexing in CLI mode.

* Fix the zoom menu checking for the fixed zoom values (main menu and popup menu checks
now match). Free resizing via the window edges or CTRL-mousewheel unchecks everything.
* Removed minimum resizing for zoom. Hey, do what you like with the zoom. You are free to
shoot yourself in the foot if you like.

* Now you cannot resize the window so that it is totally offscreen. In such a case it will be moved
to top left.

OK, that should complete everything I wanted to do with zoom functionality.

* Reduce flickering when zooming with crops enabled.
* Change CTRL-mousewheel zoom so that zooming in and then out (or vice versa) returns
to the same zoom value.
