I am about creating a vSphere cluster and my only option to use a VM to encode x264 is DGAVCDecDI (AFAIK).
Do you plan to release a x64 version or there is a limitation inside DiAVC?
[OPEN] DGAVCDecDI on vSphere, x64?
Re: DGAVCDecDI on vSphere, x64?
I'll ask DiAVC about it. There is no obstacle for my part of it.
Re: DGAVCDecDI on vSphere, x64?
Thank you. Aside from giving you a new donation, will the DGNVTools license work with DGAVCDecDI?
Re: DGAVCDecDI on vSphere, x64?
The existing license will work and a second donation is not required.Guest 2 wrote:Thank you. Aside from giving you a new donation, will the DGNVTools license work with DGAVCDecDI?
DiAVC advises that 64-bit support for the library interface (not DirectShow) is in progress. When it is available I'll release a 64-bit version.
I also want to fix some GUI bugs and bring it up to the same feature level as DGDecNV 2037.

@Guest 2
How will you manage machine IDs for a cluster?

Hi Slomorbo:
I plan to start the work of the DiAVC x64 version after the spring festival in China, and it will take about one week.
Best Regards,
Hongbo Zhu
So if everything goes right we will have a 64bit version in the begining of march
