fieldop in MPEG2Source?

If it's not much hassle, would it be possible to add 'fieldop' in MPEG2Source as it is used in DGDecNV/DGSource ?

You can control that using the Field_Operation in the D2V file (just edit the D2V file). The reason it is that way is that in DGIndex the field operation is implemented for display, so it is controlled by a DGIndex setting and passed to the DLL via the D2V file. Could add that option to the DLL and have that override the D2V file. Seems reasonable.

I would prefer not to have to edit the .d2v file, since I would have to copy it, since it might be open by another encoder instance. But thanks for letting me know.

Would editing the d2v even be needed if the dll would be adjusted? I mean, why change the d2v file through the dll if the dll is the only one opening the d2v file?

I never said it would edit the D2V, just that it would override (ignore) what is in the D2V. I'll go ahead and do that for you.
