Windows 11 won't let me run latest version of DGMPGDec

I don't know if I have done something wrong but Windows defender keeps saying the executable DGindex is a threat and not only won't allow it to run but it deletes the file. I have redownloaded it and tried it again and it is the same. I am 100% positive this is a false positive but I do not know how to get around this issue.

Any advice??

Welcome to the forum Ronstang! This happens quite often for many tools and it is a PITA for developers. The only thing you can do is set an exclusion for DGIndex. Making reports to Microsoft has not been productive.
