This Box Blur filter is an external filter (plugin) version of VirtualDub's internal Box Blur filter
by Avery Lee. I made it to allow it to be imported into Avisynth scripts. I also added
an opacity slider to allow an alpha blend of the filtered ouput and the source frame, and the
capability to animate the filter away to a null operation (no filtering) by setting its
radius, power, or opacity to 0.
